How is my business responding to Covid-19?

I'm lucky in the sense that I work alone in a controlled environment and therefore bring the Turks and Caicos Private Chef dining experience to the privacy of your own accommodation.  Many would agree, this is ideal at this current time. 


I'm ServSafe Certified and employ Turks and Caicos' workplace preparedness standards.

What's my favourite thing to cook?

My favourite thing to cook is your favourite thing to eat!  As a private chef in Turks and Caicos, I'm constantly cooking for visitors from all over the world.  Sometimes that could mean sushi and sometimes that could mean grilled cheese!  I don't judge! I accommodate all dietary needs, allergies and restrictions, notably Kosher, Vegan, Gluten Free, Keto, Paleo, etc...

Where was I trained?

I'm always training!  Most of my food and beverage training took place in Toronto (yes I'm Canadian).  I've been trained in both front and back of the house to deliver you the most comprehensive private chef experience in Turks and Caicos.  Whenever business permits, I travel and keep up with all the culinary fads.  Most recently, I completed a diploma at Tokyo Sushi Academy in Japan.  Here's an interview they had me do.
