It runs from August 1st to March 31st. Lobster cannot be caught or sold between April 1st to July 3.

Typically Red Snapper or Grouper. Sometimes we get Mahi Mahi and Wahoo. Conch and lobster are also locally caught favorites. Turks and Caicos Lobster are different than your USA east coast lobster and I urge you to try them! They're way richer tasting and more steak like in texture.

Most visitors flock to the Fish Fry every Thursday Night in Bight Park, where they can drink, dance and sample some of the island's local favorites. These include Jerk Chicken, Cracked Lobster, Conch Fritters, Conch Salad, Cracked Conch, Conch Chowder and of course our famous local Bambarra Rum punch!

For dinner some notable favorites for fine dining: Coco Bistro, Stelle, Infiniti Restaurant, Mango Reef, Caicos Cafe, Lupo, Seven, Coyaba, Provence, Element, Bouchon du Village, Las Brisas, Caribbean Element and Bay Bistro.

Bars: Danny Buoys, Infiniti Bar, Sandbox, Le Bouchon, Blue Bar, Jack's Fountain and Mango Reef.

For local cuisine: Fresh Catch, Mr. Groupers, Crackpot Kitchen, Chinson's and of course the fish fry on Thursdays!
